Make arrivals easier with QR check-in

The QR Code Check-in System lets you welcome each guest using their own code and record their arrival. If they do not have their code, find them by name and check them in. See who has arrived and when.

Prepare QR name badges for corporate events with the guest's name, event name, and your company logo. Close and reopen check-in from your tracking dashboard.

Bring the memories together in the shared Event Gallery

Guests upload photos from their own pages and everyone can enjoy the shared memories. Each photo shows who uploaded it and when.

As the event owner, manage photos, remove any you choose, and download them all together. Guests can view photos and download them individually.

From the event's start, the gallery provides a 30-day upload window and 180 days of storage. Each guest can share 10 photos. Download your photos within the storage period to keep them.

Let guests join in through the DJ Panel

Song requests go straight to the DJ or music coordinator. The DJ reviews requests, adds accepted songs to the playlist, and marks songs as played to keep the list current.

Share the panel link with your music coordinator. Bring guests' favorite tracks into the mix. When the DJ Panel is actively and effectively used, the music never stops.

Prioritize smooth arrivals for a large gathering, shared memories for a wedding, or song requests for a celebration. Use the tools together in the way that suits your event.

If your list grows later, add guests to a paid event when the event timing and conditions allow. Manage their video production and delivery from the same event.

QR check-in, the Event Gallery, and the DJ Panel are optional paid add-ons, priced per guest. Choose the experience you want to create.
