Help guests find their own codes
When you select the QR check-in add-on, guests can access their personal codes from their invitation pages. The QR button in the WhatsApp invitation also makes the code easy to find.
Remind guests in the event description to show their code at the entrance. If a guest does not have it with them, staff can find them by name.
Give your welcome team a familiar process
Open the check-in panel in advance on the phones or suitable camera-equipped devices staff will use. Let the team practice scanning codes and checking guests in by name.
Find the guest when they arrive, record their check-in, and complete the welcome. Duplicate check-ins for the same guest are prevented, and you can follow who arrived and when.
Prepare name badges if you need them
Prepare QR codes and QR name badges in bulk. For corporate events, your company logo, event name, and guest name complete the welcome materials.
Plan the badges and staffing in advance. Close and reopen check-in from your tracking dashboard, and access past arrival records.
