What is Vox Invite?

Vox Invite is a personalized bulk communication and event management platform with your own avatar. It creates videos that speak to each recipient using your photo and voice, and lets you complete invitations with RSVP tracking and event tools.

Why use Vox Invite for bulk communication?

To address family, friends, customers, employees, or guests personally with your own face and voice. Prepare a photo, voice sample, and shared script instead of recording a video for every person. Your avatar turns the message into a personalized video for each recipient.

How does one shared message become personal to everyone?

Your ultra-realistic avatar and exact voice clone create a separate video for every recipient. The script starts with their name or your chosen greeting. Write a different script for specific people; their videos use the custom text, including the greeting.

What do I need to prepare?

Have your photo, short voice sample, script, and recipients ready. For an invitation, add event details too. You can upload your voice sample or record it directly.

What does the audio quality filter do?

It removes most of the background noise, ambient sound, and music, bringing your speech forward with near-studio clarity. Listen to the result and choose the original or enhanced recording.

Can two people appear, and can I use different languages?

You both appear and choose who speaks to each recipient. Wedding invitations feature two people; other invitation types and Video Messages offer a one- or two-person option. Your video scripts have support for 90+ languages.

Delivery and your event

How do I choose between Video Invitations and Video Messages?

Choose Video Invitations to invite your whole guest list personally and collect RSVPs. Choose Video Messages for bulk communication independently of an event, such as holiday or New Year greetings for loved ones, customer thank-yous, or team updates.

How are videos delivered?

Each recipient's own video link is sent through WhatsApp or email. Automatic WhatsApp messages come from the Vox Invite Business account. To share from your own account, open the prepared message in the dashboard. Start sending right away or schedule delivery.

Can I see invitation views and RSVP responses?

Yes. Use the SEEN badge to follow recipients who have viewed their invitation pages. RSVP responses and party sizes appear in the same dashboard, where you can filter the groups you need.

How do I add QR check-in, the Event Gallery, or the DJ Panel?

Choose the optional paid add-ons you want for your Video Invitation. Guests access their codes, the gallery, and song requests from their own pages. Share the DJ link with your music coordinator.

How long are photos kept in the gallery?

From the event's start, guests can upload photos for 30 days and photos are stored for 180 days. Each guest can share 10 photos. As the event owner, you can download the photos together to keep them.

Can I reuse my preparation for the next event?

Use My Contacts lists in new invitations or messages, and copy an eligible event into a new draft. When conditions allow, you can also add recipients to a paid event.

Pricing and getting started

Can I send to one recipient, and how is the price calculated?

There is no minimum order; you can send to one recipient. Videos are priced per recipient based on whether one or two people appear and the script's character tier.

For a custom script, that script's tier applies with no separate custom-message fee. Selected event add-ons are charged separately.

When does production begin?

It begins once you complete the order and payment is confirmed. Follow progress in your tracking dashboard.
